About Me

Hello there, my name is Jasmina Khomitjonova, and I’m a CERTIFICATED pastry chef and passionate home baker. My journey as a pastry chef and home baker began during the challenging times of COVID-19. With birthdays rolling in, it became increasingly difficult to go out and buy a cake. Moreover, my family wasn't quite fond of store-bought cakes, which further fueled my motivation to explore and learn something new in the realm of baking. It was during my usual Instagram browsing sessions that I stumbled upon a free pastry webinar, and little did I know that this serendipitous discovery would mark the beginning of an incredible journey. Being able to connect with my favorite thing in the world, baking, at that very moment was truly a moment of pure joy and excitement. I knew right then that I had found my true calling and embarked on a path that aligns perfectly with my burning passion for all things pastry.
